Requirements for Night Ops.

Swiftwater Rescue Courses: 

The Night Ops Certification is offered as an add-on to the Swiftwater Rescue Técnichian Level 4. Duration - 2 - Days, Hours: 13:00 - 22:00.

All participants must have PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) River Helmet or Climbing Helmet, Lifejacket (PFD) Type IV or Type V, neoprene suit or dry suit, good shoes to wear in the river. Water Resistant Head-Lamp + 1 extra water resistant light source. Mtn. Bike type gloves or other similar. You must have good physical condition and know how to swim well.

Transportation to the training sites is each participants responsibility. Bring an energetic snack or box lunch for the day.

Mask and Snorkel (optional) Short fins (optional)

Equipment Rental: River Equipment Kit - 3mm Neoprene Suit, Life Jacket, Helmet at $45US /day. In combination you must bring first layer synthetic, polar for upper and lover body warmth, neoprene and / or wool socks and good shoes on your feet (old tennis shoes are the best!).

Tandem Rescate includes:

Materials for the group and training exercises.

Study Notes. Instructors and curriculum accredited by the IRIA-International Rescue Instructors Association. www.iria.org.

Vertical Rope Rescue Courses

The Night Ops Certification is offered as an add-on to the Vertical Rescue Técnician Level 4 Course. Duration - 2 - Days, Hours: 13:00 - 22:00.

All participants must have PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) Vertical Rescue or Climbing Helmet, Climbing harness or Full body integrated rescue harness, gloves, Head-Lamp, knife, 1 descending device, 2 accessory cords of 6mm, 4 locking carabiners, 2 slings, ascending device (jumar or other). Long pants, sturdy footwear and other outdoor clothing according to weather conditions. 

Transportation to the training sites is each participants responsibility. Bring an energetic snack or box lunch for the hours of training.

Equipment Rental: Climbing harness and helmet, gloves, descending device 4 locking carabiners.
